when trying to import a patch on top of selenic.com/hg, hg import returns:

steps to reproduce:

1. hg clone -r 6f1d1ed3e19a http://selenic.com/hg mercurial-main
2. cd mercurial-main
3. hg import http://selenic.com/pipermail/mercurial-devel/2010-
June/022131.html

tried using mercurial 1.5.4 on windows xp sp2
