[issue2257] hg log -p stops displaying diffs after rename point

"hg log -p -g -f file" stops displaying diffs for a file after it hits
revision in which that file was renamed
(this is really old bug, still reprodicible on 1.5.1).

Attached small script to reproduce the problem.
