[issue2258] Show possible commands on unknown commands

The wiki has a list of commands for similar commands written with different
words:

I am sure Bazaar and SVN could be added to the list.

This wish is that when the user write an unknown command like e.g. "hg
stash", the user will get a user message along the lines of "stash: unknown
command. See 'hg help shelve'".
