[PATCH] annotate: print revision number when -f/--file is used

After a short discussion on IRC we agreed that this change should be
dropped completely, i.e. -f/--file should never imply -n/--number.

It wasn't exactly a frenzy, just some busy people with long
turn-around times who did not want to step on each other's toe and
therefore waited until the deadline arrived as surprisingly as every
deadline (or christmas) arrives :)
