[PATCH 0 of 4] subrepo fixes for stable and crew

This series of patches fixesa few bugs i found during 
my experiments with subrepos.

This fixes the following problems:
 1 - abssource doesn't forward the push arg
 2 - normalize the path returned by abssource, this make it
     possible to use "all projects at root" layout served
     by hgweb and use subrepos pointing at ..
 3 - print pulling URL just as for a regular repo pull
 4 - initialize  a subrepo hgrc file giving corect paths entries
     for pull and push

Consider pushing this to both crew and stable.
