[PATCH 0 of 2] keyword: optionally use svn-like default keywords'

Hi,

This came up on mercurial-devel some time ago.

atm, the default keywordmaps mimic cvs keywords. Refugees from
svn feel discriminated ;-)

1st patch introduces 2 new datefilters (could be applied
independently).

2nd patch implements svn-like default keywordmaps as a
configurable alternative, albeit at the price of yet another
configuration section.

Should I pursue this any further? -- Personally, I'm somewhat
against any default keywordmaps ;-)

Should all the datefilters be made private, e.g. inside a
_defaultconfig function?
