Unless I'm mistaken, it seems that the Mercurial Bug tracking system is not
easily available from the front page.  

Expected outcome:
 visiting http://mercurial.selenic.com would easily let me find the BTS.
Actual outcome:
 After searching for a few minutes on the website, I eventually used google
to find the BTS for mercurial (which worked very well).
Desired Outcome:
  A link on the main menu bar of the front page that says 'support' or 'get
help' or something like that, and on that page a link to the BTS, to search
for and file bug reports.
