[issue2217] subrepo “unknown revision” when updating with changes in sub

Hi, 

A subrepo breaks with 

abort: unknown revision '723d541ac3ed613e060c22cb0d54256b41b8d246+'!

if the subrepo contained uncommitted changes when the parent repo got updated
to an earlier revision. 

I attached a small test script which shows the error.
