[issue2468] On Windows hg serve doesn't work on repo on samba shared network drive.

As you can see here it complains that there is no .hg directory, when in 
fact there is. N: is shared as \\bananinha\homenev on Ubuntu and the Windows 
machine is vanilla XP. If the repo is on C: it works fine.

N:\Work\intelestream\salt>hg serve
abort: There is no Mercurial repository here (.hg not found)!

N:\Work\intelestream\salt>dir /a
 Volume in drive N is homenev
 Volume Serial Number is 4750-15EA

 Directory of N:\Work\intelestream\salt
