Speaking as the original author of textwrap.py, I'm OK with it.  If I
recall the fine print, the copyright is shared by me and the PSF.  Or
maybe I signed it all over the PSF -- I don't remember precisely.
Regardless, I'm pretty sure the Python license is GPL-compatible,
because there was a tremendous kerfuffle that took several years to
resolve back around 2000 or so, and the end point was -- I think -- a
GPL-compatible Python license.

Now I just wish someone would modify the upstream textwrap.py so this
is fixed once and for all.
