attic extension broken by updatedir move in hg 1.7+

I am doing everything in windows and I have a couple of batch files that 
run through tests that make sense to me. It is like the bash scripts for 
the testing of other extensions but not really that compatible due to it 
being batch and all. If it were compatible, I would love to be able to 
get a notice when anything breaks from new versions of hg.

I pushed everything this morning while I had a few minutes after 
ensuring the tests all passed and the code looked good.
