Hello!

A modified version, that now prints the usual
Python/Mercurial version & list of loaded extensions before printing
a traceback.

The code in dispatch writing this info is writing to an ui object, which means
that I do not have an obvious way to reuse/refactor the code.

And I guess that most remarks from
http://www.selenic.com/pipermail/mercurial-devel/2010-October/025415.html
still apply.
