[issue2505] Proxy Authentication over NTLM (for ISA Server)

I'm connected to the internet behind an ISA proxy server that requires NTLM
authentication. Most applications (like Firefox and IE) are able to
correctly authenticate to the proxy seamlessly. Mercurial gives the
following error.

HTTP Error 407: Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy filter is
denied. )

I'm using TortoiseHg 1.1.6.1 with Mercurial-1.7.1, Python-2.6.4,
PyGTK-2.16.0, GTK-2.16.6.
