[issue2508] hgweb columns should be configurable

Currently (as of Mercurial 1.7.1) you always get three columns in the hgweb
log view:

  age  	author  	description

It would be nice if these columns could be configured. The TortoiseHg
repository browser supports this, and we should look to them to see which
columns to include.
