I took these on a Mac. I used a user-agent switcher to test with a
Windows user-agent and that went fine, but I don't have the ability to
test with many actual clients (javascript proofing, etc). It does work
on Firefox, Safari, and Chrome for MacOS.

Publishers of latest.dat files might want to refine their regexes,
particularly with respect to 64-bit builds.

Note that this patchset adds what would become
http://mercurial.selenic.com/manual.dat, which is maintained within
hg-website so that it does not lose packages like Berkwood's that do not
have a latest.dat currently. This is a stopgap, and in the long term
manual.dat should be an empty file.

** Unless mpm adds this manual.dat file or another one representing
Berkwood builds, this patch series will remove Mac builds from
mercurial.selenic.com. **

Later I'll see about adding a latest.dat to my OSX nightly build system,
if nobody would object to having a low-priority latest option in the
main download page.
