[BUG] The -f option to qnew has been removed

But, lo and behold, [defaults] have been deprecated. [1], [2]

FWIW, I wasn't in Paris, but I agree with the removal of -f. And I don't
like to have to add it in [defaults] either.

I guess, I'm selfish too, but in a slightly different way :) [3]
