[issue2419] Support for authorspellings a la Darcs

Individual users can accumulate many nicknames over long project histories.  
Sometimes these are cryptic local names (initials at silly-name.local), or 
institutional email addresses for which the current fuzzy matching is not 
sufficient.  Darcs reads an optional .authorspellings at the repository root 
containing name translations so that user-searches and attribution can be 
done correctly.  More details:
