[issue2429] File creation/modification dates

I believe it would be much more adequate and intuitive when cloning a
repository to make the file creation/modification date same as that of the
respective source!

The same apply to syncing a repository... well, almost; I agree, that in
some cases this could be undesired.

Anyway: even if you do not agree with me it would not harm to provide an
option, which would allow this when explicitly requested.
