Matt has created a new wiki page

which mandates to use book capitalization for page and section titles.

Wikipedia capitalizes only the first character on page and section
titles (e.g. [1], see also [2]).

I'd propose to use Wikipedia page and section capitalization as well (so
we can reuse habits :).

I'm fine with using CamelCase for page names on a moinmoin wiki.
