[PATCH 0 of 2] HTTPS serve on Python 2.6 and 2.7 with ssl module

Do we want these patches ... now?

hg serve with certificate seems to have been broken for 2.6 and higher forever.
It has been fixed for 2.6, but the fix isn't enough for 2.7.

Using the built-in ssl seems like the best option, and it didn't work before so
there shouldn't be any risk of introducing a regression.
