[issue2370] Cannot use fixutf8 extension due to missing ctypes

I just tried to install Mercurial 1.6.3 on Windows, using the MSI install:
http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/thg-winbuild/downloads/mercurial-1.6.3.msi

No problems with that. However, then I tried to install the fixutf8
extension from http://bitbucket.org/stefanrusek/hg-fixutf8 or alternatively
http://bitbucket.org/tinyfish/hg-fixutf8. When I try to use it, I get an
error message saying "No module named ctypes".

This was an issue some time back, and the solution then was to install a
recent build from the "crew" nightly builds:
http://bitbucket.org/stefanrusek/hg-fixutf8/issue/5/ctype-module-not-found
