I just noticed that you apparently missed out all mode changes when
combining my patches into 28e2e3804f2e.

For example I had removed the exec bit in

> diff --git a/tests/test-up-issue1456 b/tests/test-update-issue1456.t
> old mode 100755
> new mode 100644
> rename from tests/test-up-issue1456
> rename to tests/test-update-issue1456.t

which is missing in 28e2e3804f2e.

*.t files don't have x permission.
