[PATCH 0 of 1] keyword: set up the repo.ui in reposetup()

Hi,

I'm lacking TortoisHg experience, but Steve's patch made me try
this out. Perhaps it is a good idea to follow eol's example and
postpone (redo?) the uisetup in reposetup. In keyword's case this
would be about dispatch._parse() which just might ease the
integration of the keyword extension in tools like TortoiseHg.

If someone would look into this it would be very nice. Thank you.
