Trying a different way at feeding unified patches...

Here comes a *single* fat patch which unifies:

  test-mq-merge
  test-mq-missingfiles
  test-mq-pull-from-bundle
  test-mq-qdelete
  test-mq-qdiff
  test-mq-qfold
  test-mq-qgoto
  test-mq-qqueue
  test-mq-qrefresh
  test-mq-qrename
  test-mq-qsave

As usual, there are numerous non-trivial conversions in
there (i.e. I cleaned-up a lot of things).

In short: less grep, less sed calls.
