Thanks! I don't know how we missed those NOTEs, but thanks for keeping
an eye on things :) Pushed as aff4afdcfd2b.

Btw, if anybody has ideas for how to format notes and warnings, then let
Erik know... I know he already has a patch for producing a frame around
the note, but I asked him for a more simple solution first.


Also, it would be cool if someone could figure out how to integrate the
color/label system we have with the minirst parser... imagine blinking
red text for a warning and you get the idea :)
