There can be only one lost+found directory for each partition, so this
is a well-known directory in a very specific location, and most of the
users won't clone a repo in it anyway.

+0.5 because a regular user won't be able to clone into an
custom-location-empty-looking folder that has a hidden thumbs.db or
desktop.ini file in it, and users shouldn't suffer for some
questionable Windows design decisions.

OTOH, a nice dialog that informs the user that there are some hidden
files in that folder would probably help a little bit more.
