This should be more like:
help: sort help topics to make the output more readable (issue2751)
Note the space, line length, and removing two redundant mentions of
help.
Also, something is wrong with your patches, they're not applying
cleanly. Seems to be a whitespace issue with your email client, please
try using the patchbomb extension.
