Bugzilla extension doc changes

OK, now I get it. Being a bear of very little brain, I was only looking at the 
output from 'hg help'. I hadn't realised that the extension docs made it into 
hg.1 and hg.1.html. These two really show clearly the results of the reST 
markup.

So clearly, I've spotted another doc howler. Back to Emacs we go... :-)

Thanks for the hint. I should be able to avoid further reST cockups from now 
on.
