[issue2765] Adapt line endings on commit (EOL extension)

It would be nice if the EOL extension would adapt the line endings of files
in the working copy also on commit - and not only on checkout. 

So, if I'm on Windows and have a file with LF line endings which is
configured to have "native" line endings, the EOL extension should convert
the line endings (of the working copy file) when committing this file.
