[issue2768] mq: strip on a hgsubversion repo is bad

When I 'hg strip' revs from a repo that is pulling from a Subversion repo, I
cannot pull from the Sunbversion repo anymore. Seems to be so because the
stripped rev info is not removed from the .hg/svn/rev-maps file too. (But
I'd rather not assume it's always that simple to solve this, and I think it
should be done by 'hg strip', right ?)
