I have seen the letters you have advised. I think it's helpful,  and
my patch is OK. And one thing I'm not so sure is that, '|hgrc(5)|_'
was advised to be replaced by 'hgrc(5)' or similar, however, I think
it's better to replace it with the full hype link of
'http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/hgignore.5.html', just like in my
patch. The hype link is helpful to users in command line and hgweb,
and able to lead users to the right place in hg.1.html.
