[PATCH 0 of 2 RFC] forward current bookmark on hg update

More details:
- using hg stable (b7b26e54e37a): encoding: avoid localstr when a
string can be encoded losslessly (issue2763) I put a bookmark on this
revision.
- the latest revision in the local repo is default (f85c9b0fdb32)
dispatch: improve repository not found message
- after pull my bookmark is moved to default (d1f4e7fd970a) move
path_auditor from util to scmutil

In short: the bookmark is moved even if it's not present in the remote
repo, and is moved across branches.
