I can talk about named branches and bookmarks in the context of
StandardBranching, and I'm happy to do some work on a revsets chapter
as well (including writing custom revsets, if we deem that to be
in-scope). I'll be away from a computer for much of the next ~11 days,
so if I'm silent that's why.
