[issue2969] hg status displays ignored files

hg status displays ignored files even if its patter is in the .hginore file.

Ex:
  media/cache/*

The extrange think is that sometimes shows the files and some times not, but
it seems the bug appears when you edit the .hgignore file adding additional
patterns to ignore some files.

hg status -i shows the ignored files, so it seems it's just a problem with
the status visualization.

Mercurial version: Mercurial Distributed SCM (version 1.9.1)
Python version: Python 2.7.1+ 
OS: Ubuntu 11.04
