[issue3151] hgeditor doesn't work with localizations

The hgeditor script uses grep to calculate the changed files and display the
diff in the commit message editor in line 37. Unfortunately the grep command
requires the English message "^HG: changed" that is not present in a
localized version. Therefore no diff will be shown in commit message editor.
