[issue3152] hg clone with custom ssh command should store command in hgrc

When issuing a hg clone with a custom ssh command, the custom ssh command
should end up in the new repositories hgrc file.

At the moment it doesn't do that, requiring the user to read both syntaxes,
and be puzzled as to why he still gets a password prompt when he tries to
issue further commands on the new repos.
