Many strings are not isolated in the code: we automatically split long help
texts on paragraph boundaries. For instance,

http://selenic.com/hg/file/2.0.1/hgext/acl.py#l68

gives us two untranslatable messages: "::" and " [hooks]". I can't think of
any easy/ready way to distinguish them from translatable paragraphs, but in
principle we could mark those with a special marker (depending on parser
support), or reject them automatically with a regex (possibly not robust
enough for all cases).
