[issue3164] 17MB file when added using largefile extension stored as 8KB and corrupts rep

I have a file ~17MB. When adding it as large file with the latest version 
of Mercurial, in the .hg\largefiles it is stored as 8KB file.
After that, can not pull or push to the repo because it complains that it 
the file is invalid.
