Thank you for accepting, and I posted patch folding case preservation
test into existing test.

By the way, should combination of this series and a1f4bd47d18e (may be
f63e40047372, too ?) be imported into stable, because current fspath
implementation on stable can not preserve case correctly ?

Of course, I can understand that it should not be, if you think
current "util.fspath()" has not yet enough quality for stable.

Please point out problems of it, if so and there are anything which I
can improve !
