[issue2612] hg serve: please add a "full log" (hg log -v) view

"My main nit when browsing mercurial repositories with a web browser is
that there is no way to see a log with a full log message for each
changeset (hg log -v).  i.e., something like this:

	http://git.debian.org/?p=dpkg/dpkg.git;a=log

What do you think?  Would that be easy to add?"

This wish was reported in the Debian BTS ( http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=611506 ), I'm just channeling the original reporter.
