[PATCH 0 of 3] bookmark support in hgk

Hi devml,

this series adds support for bookmarks to hgk.  The indentions in hgk are
messed up. I tried to be as close as possible to the hgk indentions in
my patch. Some indentions in the patches doesn't seem perfect. As said,
this is because of the mixed indentions in hgk.

I would like to fix the hgk indentions as soon as the bookmark patches
are in.
