Commenting on context in patches

Folks, can we please agree to not comment on things in patches that
aren't changed by a patch?

If a line appears in patch but it isn't touched at all by the patch and
the line just happens to be visible in the patch then please don't
comment on that line.

Don't comment context code from patches.

If you want to comment on source code or help text not touched by a
patch, then please send a patch of your own or at least start a separate
discussion.
