[issue2577] windows extensions are very hard to use

It is impossible to use Mercurial extensions on Windows that are not pure 
Python or have module dependencies. For example, install pure Mercurial .msi 
and try to use convert extension. You will get message that svn bindings are 
not found and there is no way to install them. In this specific case 
TortoiseHg seem to include bindings, but it doesn't include all extensions.
