When I use clone command for the repository I would like to have my bookmarks 
cloned too. Currently, the only way to move a bookmarks to cloned repo is to 
compare a bookmarks with incoming command and then pull each bookmark one by 
one.

Consider adding an option (-B or --bookmarks) for the clone command.
