Would it make sense if Kevin would move his test changes (in
a8cef95cea88) into a separate new test file then, which then can be
skipped separately if svn is not installed?

Or do we want to require svn installed for all tests?

(I should probably install svn anyway on my Ubuntu Mercurial test VM. I
just happened to not have it installed there yet, since I didn't need it
there yet.)
