[issue2592] hgweb links should use rev from current address (including tags/branches)

I often browse around hgweb using "tip", "default", or another branch or tag
name. When I do that, I end up with a raw, meaningless, changeset when I
dive deeper. This is really annoying when I'm searching my browser history,
looking at my current tabs, or otherwise trying to look for a meaningful
version of a file.

For this usage, it would be very helpful if links on a page always used the
same revision as the one in the URL bar, preserving tags or branches instead
of converting them to raw changesets.
