hgweb.cgi graph behaves strange

Hi,

the link in the menu left looks like:

http://<host>/hg/<project>/graph/7653c5055b57

but instead should look like:

http://<host>/hg/<project>/graph/

because like this site refreshes (F5) will never show a newly pushed head.

And btw the graph link should not be disabled when one shows the graph
because one may still want to go back from one specific graph to the overall
project graph. The same applies to the "log" menu link. You will always miss
the latest heads and ask yourselves where they'd gone after the push. :-)
