[issue2607] notify hook raises division by zero on empty patch

hi,

when pushing a changeset with empty diff, notify hook fails:

remote: error: incoming.notify hook raised an exception: integer division or
modulo by zero

diff is empty, because it has been created with --git option and the
changeset contains just hg mv (hg rm should behave the same way, i suppose)
