[issue2609] exiting "hg serve" hangs when zeroconf enabled

Under linux, with hg 1.7.3, do the following to reproduce the bug:

1) enable the zeroconf extension in hgrc
2) run 'hg serve' from a repository
3) press ctrl-c

Pressing ctrl-c does not cause hg to exit.  It was suggested that it might be 
that some zeroconf threads are not getting killed via the ctrl-c.
