[issue2887] mercurial.subrepo._updateprompt not respecting color mode

1.9 on Windows is not respecting the color mode when displaying the subrepo
prompt "subrepository sources for %s differ (in checked out version)".

Although the auto mode resolves to win32 fine for other commands like status
and log, the above mentioned prompt (happening when updating with subrepo
having different version than superrepo references) will be displayed with
ANSI codes.
